Yura is a software service that helps businesses turn information from conversations, screenshots, menus and similar sources into structured order information for review. Yura is not a marketplace and does not become the seller of the products or services offered by businesses using the platform.

You must have the legal capacity and authority to use Yura for the business you represent. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and activity performed through your account.

Yura assists with structuring order information, but you remain responsible for reviewing and confirming every order before sharing it with a customer or acting on it. You are responsible for the accuracy of product or service information, pricing, availability, delivery terms, deposits, bookings, fees and other information provided to your customers.

Yura may use artificial intelligence to extract and organise information from content you upload. AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions or incorrect interpretations. Outputs are drafts for seller review and should not be treated as independently verified information. You must check the relevant details before relying on an output.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Yura. You give Yura permission to process that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and improve the service. You must have the rights and permissions required to upload the content and must not submit unlawful material or personal information that is unnecessary for the order process.

Where payment features are available, payments are processed by the relevant payment provider. Yura does not intentionally collect or store full payment-card credentials. Payment providers may process personal and transaction information under their own privacy terms.

Where payment functionality is available, transactions may be processed by an independent payment provider. Yura does not act as a bank or payment institution and does not hold seller funds. Payment processing, settlement, refunds and related services may also be subject to the payment provider’s own terms, fees and requirements. Other third-party services used with Yura may be governed by their respective terms.

Paid plans, usage limits, billing periods and applicable charges will be shown before purchase when paid services become available. Yura does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yura is not responsible for losses caused by seller decisions, inaccurate information supplied by users, third-party services or reliance on unreviewed AI-generated outputs. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to obtain information about the processing of your personal data, request access or transfer where applicable, correct inaccurate information, request deletion in certain circumstances, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Requests may be subject to legal exceptions or retention requirements.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, misuse, non-payment, legal requirements or material breaches of these Terms. You may stop using Yura at any time, subject to any applicable subscription or payment obligations. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdictional requirements that apply.
